Elisabeth's bio  

     Elisabeth was born in Tbilissi, Republic of Georgia in 1974. Her first yoga class , she took at age seventeen. At first it became a hobby, with time she got involved deeper, and yoga practice became an important part of her life.Yoga helped her through many personal experiences, such as a civil war in Republic of Georgia, when she was a teenager; her immigration to Germany at age 21; coping with the pressures of overscheduled life of a full time student and employee; and all ups and downs, life brings with it. She started teaching Hatha yoga in 2000 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany up until spring of 2002, when she moved to England to continue her education at UCE, Birmingham. In 2004 she graduated as Diplom Engineer Architect from University of Applyed Science, Frankfurt am Main. In 2008 she took Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training at It's yoga, Puerto Rico with David Kyle and Elizabeth Sallaberry. She has taken a special training in ¨Yoga Works¨New York, with Leah Kalish on how to teach yoga to children. Elisabeth is Yoga Alliance registered teacher. She is happy to be able to share her experience gained through yoga practice and is enjoying helping her students to learn to incorporate yoga in their daily life.
